2. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Compass+ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

3. Privacy

4. Termination

Compass+ may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Compass+ does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
